Cancelation Policy
All Appointments:
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of fellow clients, please call or text Mint Spa RVA, (804) 651-7298, as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call or text at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment and 48 hours prior for all spa packages and no fee will be charged. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time slot.
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or 48 hours prior to your spa package time, you will be charged a full-service appointment fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without cancelling in advance, you will be charged the full-service amount.
We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled, but if you do not cancel prior to the 24/48-hour policy, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment. Any services cancelled on the same day will be considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Any fees left unpaid will be sent an invoice via email or mail.

How to Cancel Your Appointment:
To cancel your appointment, you will need to call or text: (804) 651-7298 and leave a detailed voicemail or text message letting us know with whom your appointment is and the time. We will return your call as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Late Arrival to Appointments:
If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text: (804) 651-7298 as soon as possible. Because there are clients scheduled after you, if you are 15 minutes late or longer, you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect the client’s appointment scheduled after yours. If we can start you late, you will be charged full price, but will receive a shortened service so it will not affect the next client. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged 50% of the service you missed.
No Show to Appointments:
The first time you miss an appointment, a note will be placed in your file. All future missed appointments will incur a full-service 100% fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your booked service. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments. Any fees left unpaid will be sent an invoice via email or mail.

- Tattoos – not effective
