1. Clean your face thoroughly.
Cleaning your face may seem like a no brainer. 2. Exfoliate your skin properly.

Exfoliating helps to shed your outermost layer of skin and reveal your healthy, softer skin underneath. You can exfoliate at home with an exfoliating product or tool, or go professional with a chemical peel. However, no matter what you choose, make sure not to over-exfoliate as it can cause irritation to the skin resulting in redness, puffiness, and sensitivity.
3. Nourish with the right product.
After cleansing and exfoliation, you still can’t leave out nourishment. You can nourish your skin in a few different manners, which include eating properly, applying specific serums, or taking certain supplements. When you give your skin the proper nutrients that it needs to rejuvenate and restore best PH levels, it will look and feel so much better. The proper nourishments are different for each and person, and a skincare professional can prescribe the correct regimen.
4. Hydrate every single day.
Hydration is key to a happy and healthy body. It is also key to happy and healthy skin. Hydration comes two-fold; you must drink enough water during the day as well as apply the right moisturizer on during the night.
